Terms of Service

AssetDrop turns your 2D concept art into game-ready 3D assets. By uploading an image and placing an order, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it and to generate derivative 3D assets from it.

What you get

Each package is a one-time purchase: the generated model, textures, and engine-targeted exports described on the package at checkout. The 3D derivatives of your own artwork are yours to use in personal and commercial projects.

Acceptable use

Don't upload images you don't have rights to, or content that is unlawful or infringes anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this.

Generation & refunds

3D generation is probabilistic: results vary in quality and may fail. If your asset can't be generated, contact support with your order link and we'll make it right, including a refund where payment was taken.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
