What we collect

• Images you upload, so we can generate your 3D asset.
• Order details (package, engine, asset type, status).
• An optional email address, used for receipts and support.
• Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Your uploads and order data are used to generate, deliver, and support your asset. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your artwork to advertise without your permission.

Retention & deletion

Order records are kept for accounting and support. To request deletion of your uploads or personal data, contact support with your order link and we'll remove what the law allows us to.
